With the development of national economy and peoples living standards improving, a higher technical paddy processing is needed, the nutritional value and processing precision of the processed rice are becoming the discrimination index. After paddy cleaning, rice huller, rice milling and finished sorting,paddy is processed to rice. Paddy cleaning: with appropriate equipments and through proper process and proper method of operation, we can remove various of impurities mixed in the rice, so the finished rice quality is improved; at the same time, remove the nails and iron filings by magnet to ensure produce safety. Rice huller: take paddy glume off through rubber roll husker or emery husker, and separate glume and brown rice. Rice milling: usie rice mills’s cutting and chafing brown rice to separate cortex and endosperm, then brush rice, remove the chaff and the broken rice, air-dry the rice and we can get the kinds level of rice. At the same time, as the dust emerges in the paddy process, dust collector cyclone is often used in paddy processing to reduce dust’leaking out. There are five ventilation nets in this design. The arrangement of ventilation nets is simple reasonable. According to the need of process and equipment layout,the building must well-knit,reasonable,beautifu,save investment an
