摘要 PAGE II PAGE III 摘 要 随着我国汽车产业和交通事业的迅猛发展，车辆的技术性能和质量越来越高，对车辆制动性能检测仪的使用也越来越普及，对检测仪器的需求量也越来越大。但到目前为止市场上用于车辆制动检测的仪器中在免安装、快速检测、数据存储量、体积、耗电量和使用方便性等方面都不能够瞒住越来越高的车检要求，因此，尽快研制开发出一种高性能的具有免安装和快速检测的特点、手、持操作方便、数据存储量大、便于进行数据管理的车辆制动性能检测仪器，具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。 介绍了以单片机为核心、以ADXL202 为主要探测部件的汽车制动性能测试仪。该仪器与机动车辆没有机械和电气连接, 通过加速度数据的采集、运算, 实现了对制动距离和制动时间的计算。给出了系统电路和系统软件的设计方案。该系统具有使用方便、硬件体积小、成本低、智能化较高的特点。 关键词：加速度传感器，制动性能检测，单片机。 Abstract With the swift and violent development of the automobile industry and communication of out country ,the technical feature and quality of the vehicle are higher and higher ,the use of the instrument for vehicle baking performance test is popularized , and the demand of the detecting instrument is larger and larger .But up till now ,the instrument for vehicle braking performance test used and applied on the market can not meet the higher and higher demand of the vehicle detecting in many aspects such as avoided installing ,fast measuring ,storing amount of data ,volume ,power consumption and the convenient using etc. So ,develop a kind of high-prformance instrument for vehicle braking performance test with the characteristic of avoided installation and fast measuring as soon as possible ,easy to handheld operation ,large storing amount of data ,easy to carry on data management ,has important realistic meaning and using value. The New style monitor for vehicle braking system performance with single chip computer ascore control and accelerometer ADXL202 as main detector is introduced. This instrument has no mechanical and electrical connection with motor vehicles, using collection and operation of acceleration data to realize the computing of brakingdistance and braking time. Design scheme of circuit and software are provided. The system has many features includingsmall volume of hardware, low cost, high intelligent and so on.
