中国农业科学 2010,43(21):4490-4496 Scientia Agricultura Sinica doi: 10.3864/j.issn.0578-1752.2010.21.019 刺五加提取物抗仔猪断奶应激的效用 燕富永，印遇龙，孔祥峰，尹富贵，杨 峰，张宇喆 （中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所/亚热带农业生态过程重点实验室/湖南省畜禽健康养殖工程技术研究中心，长沙 410125 ） 摘要： 【目的】研究刺五加提取物（ASE）的抗仔猪断奶应激作用。【方法】生长试验选用96头体重相近的 21日龄断奶仔猪，按体重和性别随机分为3个处理，每个处理4个重复，分别饲喂基础日粮、添加ASE日粮和添 加抗生素日粮。试验期21 d，观察仔猪生长性能，测定血清生化参数及相关激素水平的变化。消化试验选用6 头 仔公猪（同上），按2×3×3 复拉丁方设计，饲喂上述3 种日粮，测定营养物质的消化率。【结果】与基础日粮组 相比，ASE 可显著提高日增重、显著降低料肉比；提高日粮钙、总能和磷的表观消化率；提高断奶后血清低密度 脂蛋白、胆固醇和葡萄糖的含量，降低血清尿素氮含量并提高血清碱性磷酸酶活性；显著提高血清游离甲状腺素 T 和T 、生长激素及胰岛素样生长因子-1水平和T /T 。【结论】 ASE可调节激素分泌，提高断奶仔猪消化代谢水 3 4 3 4 平，从而减缓断奶应激，促进仔猪生长。 关键词：刺五加提取物；仔猪；生长性能；断奶应激 Effects of Dietary Supplementation of Acanthopanax senticosus Extracts on Weanling Stress in Piglets YAN Fu-yong, YIN Yu-long, KONG Xiang-feng, YIN Fu-gui, YANG Feng, ZHANG Yu-zhe (Institute of Subtropical Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Sciences/Key Laboratory for Agro-Ecological Processes in Subtropical Region/Hunan Engineering and Research Center of Animal and Poultry Science, Changsha 410125) Abstract: 【Objective 】 The study was conducted to test the hypothesis that dietary supplementation of Acanthopanax senticosus extracts (ASE) inhibits weanling stress in piglets. 【Method 】 Ninety-six piglets weaned at 21 day of age were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups with 4 replicates for each by weight and sex to investigate the growth performance, serum biochemical parameters and hormone levels correlated to growth.
