湿地生态旅游开发中社区居民参与机制研究 以江苏盐城海滨湿地保护区为例 王 媛 (南京旅游职业学院,江苏南京211100 摘要:对盐城珍禽国家级自然保护区和大丰麋鹿国家级自然保护区周边社区居民参与旅游开发的意识,参与旅游规划、旅游经营及收益情况等方面进行了分析,发现当地社区参与观念淡薄,社区在旅游规划、旅游经营、旅游收益、相关宣传和培训等方面的参与处于初级阶段,参与方式单一、程度浅、参与内容少。因此,在旅游可持续发展的前提下,尝试性地建立了社区参与机制,以期实现江苏海滨湿地生态旅游地社区的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益的统一。 关键词:社区参与;生态旅游;盐城海滨湿地 中图分类号:F592 3 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1005-8141(201012-1138-03 Study on C ommunity Paticipation Mechanism in Ecotourism Development A Case Study in Yancheng Wetland Nature Reserve WANG Yuan (Nanjing Tourist Vocational College,Nanjiang 211100,China Abstract:On the basis of data study and questionnaires analysis of Yancheng Rare Birds Nature Reserve wi th National Rank and Dafeng Elk Na ture Reserve with National Rank.The author analyzed the community participation actuali ties from angles of participation consciousness,the participa ti on in tourism planning ,in tourism management,in touris m income,etc.The author found that the littoral wetland resources of Yancheng were very rich,but the local government,management departments of natural reserves and tourism development departments ignored the participation of com mu nity.The participation was on an elementary state,there was a lack of the participation way,the participation degree was shallow and the content was narrow.On the basis of former study of this thesis,the author formed a pattern of communi ty participation,hoped this pattern could be introduced into ecotourism develop ment of li ttoral wetland in Jiangsu Province,also hoped that it would provide references so as to realize society,economic and envi ronmental benefi ts of di fferent touri sm desitinations.
