高沸物冷却器设计 吉林化工学院课程设计 - PAGE 30 - - PAGE I - 摘 要 这次设计的主要目的是针对给定的高沸物冷却器-固定管板式换热器的设计要求，通过查阅资料、分析设计条件，以及换热器的壁厚计算和强度校核等设计，确定固定管板式换热器的基本结构。 通过分析固定管板式换热器的设计条件，确定设计步骤。首先，对固定管板式换热器筒体、封头、管板等部件的材料进行选择、计算其壁厚并进行强度校核；其次，对固定管板式换热器前端管箱、后端管箱、换热管和管板等结构进行设计，并对换热器进行开孔补强校核。最后绘制出符合要求的固定管板式换热器的CAD图，给出相关的技术要求。 在固定管板式换热器的结构设计过程中，要参考相关的标准进行设计，比如GB150、GB151等，使设计能够符合标准，同时要使设计的结构满足生产的需要，达到安全生产的要求。 关键词：固定管板；换热器；设计；强度 - PAGE 29 - Abstract The main purpose of this design is to determine the basic structure of the fixed tube plate heat exchanger according to the given fixed tube heat exchanger design requirements, by referring to information, analyzing design conditions, and by calculating wall thickness and strength check. I determine the design steps by analyzing the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger design conditions to. Firstly，select materials of tube, head, tube plate and other parts of the fixed tube heat exchanger, calculate their wall thickness and strength check； Secondly，design the structures of tube front-end boxes, the back-end chamber, heat transfer tube and tube plate of the fixed tube heat exchanger, and check opening reinforcement on the heat exchanger；Lastly， draw CAD pictures that meet the design requirements of the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger, giving the relevant technical requirements. In the structural design process of fixed tube sheet heat exchanger, I should refer to the relevant design standards, such as GB150, GB 151 and so on. The structure has to be designed to meet the needs of production to achieve the safety requirements.
