Key words LC-ESI-M S ; ractopamine ; clenbuterol ; determination 莱克多巴胺与克伦特罗均是 -肾上腺素兴奋剂, 能够促进动物体内营养物质由脂肪组织向肌肉组织转移的作用, 会造成肌肉不同程度的残留。目前, 世界上大多数国家已经禁止在食品动物饲料中添加莱克多巴胺, 我国已经明确将其列入禁用药品目录, 即动物性食品中应为零残留。然而, 在饲料加工或饲养过程中违法使用莱克多巴胺的现象时有发生, 并有蔓延之势, 需要加强对其的残留监控。目前, 文献报道的肉类中莱克多巴胺的检测方法不多, 特别是国内的文献报道极少。 图1 莱克多巴胺结构图 图2 克伦特罗结构图 1 材料与方法1 1 仪器和试剂 H P1100Series LC M SD 高效液相-质谱联用仪(四元泵、自动进样器、柱温箱、电喷雾源 , GL-21M 高速冷冻离心机, KQ5200DE 型数控超声波清洗器, 旋转蒸发仪, 匀桨机, 漩涡混合器, 电子天平。 莱克多巴胺, 含量96 0%(Dr Ehrenstorf er ; 克伦特罗, 含量99 5%(Dr Ehrenstorfer ; 甲醇、乙腈色谱纯; 实验用水为纯净水。1 2 标准溶液 分别精密称取0 0100g 莱克多巴胺与0 0100g 克伦特罗标准品置于100g 容量瓶中, 用甲醇溶解 后定容, 摇匀, 置于-20 冰箱中保存。使用时用甲醇稀释至所需浓度即可。1 3 色谱条件 色谱柱为ZOBAX XDB C18型色谱柱(150mm 4 6mm i d 5 m , 流动相为甲醇! 水!
