Drivers( including driver of rental car) employed by CCECC shall comply with rules and provisions of CCECC, not allowing to come to work late or leave early, all drivers shall accept the management of CCECC, or CCECC preserves the right to give corresponding punishment. 2、驾驶员作为公司雇员，要爱护和保护好公司的车辆，避免车辆发生损坏，行车中要节约使用烧油、烧汽，更不能发生盗窃烧油、烧汽和其他财产的行为。否则，除扣出当月工资外，交警察局处理。 2. Drivers, as employees of CCECC, shall protect and take good care of cars, avoiding any damage to cars. Drivers shall save petrol and CNG during driving. It is prohibited to steal petrol, CNG and other properties. If theft behavior is found with relate to any driver, CCECC is entitled to deduct the salary, and hand over the related person to the police. 3、出车前应对车辆进行例行安全检查，如检查：机油位、冷却水、轮胎、刹车、转向机构、左右转弯灯、刹车灯。发现问题及时维修处理，驾驶员无力处理时，及时向公司车辆管理人员报告，不能让车辆带病行驶。否则，因此发生事故，驾驶员赔偿事故损失的30%。 3. Drivers shall make a routine safety inspection before driving, such as: engine oil level, cooling water, tyre, brake, steering mechanism, right and left indicator lamps, brake light etc. If any mentioned problem is found, drivers shall repair and handle it in time. When the driver cannot settle the problem, he shall report to the car manager, the car is prohibited to run with problem. If any accident happens due to the mentioned problem, the related driver shall compensate for 30 percent of the accident losses. 4、驾驶员要严格遵守坦桑尼亚的交通法规和公司的车辆驾驶安全操作规程，不得发生违章行车、超车、超载等野蛮驾车行为，弯道严禁超车，一经发现，将下发警告信，因此引发事故的，驾驶员赔偿事故损失100%。严重者交警察局处理。 4.
