Type CD1 is fitting with electric suspended crane in using. As a track-traveling light minitype crane, its capacity is 2t,and the span of girder is 9m.The temperature of working environment ranges from -10℃ to +50℃.It is operated on the ground. 1.2 本产品结构特点如下： This product’s structural characteristic is as follows: 1.2.1 金属结构部分Metal structure 主梁是用工字钢与槽钢焊接而成，通过连接板与端梁连接。端梁是用槽钢和连接板组成，端梁上装有主动车轮和从动车轮。 The main girder is composed of I-shaped steel and trough steel by welding. It connect with end girder by joint plate. End girder is made up of trough steel and joint plate. Driving wheels and driven wheels are installed on the end girder. 1.2.2 电动葫芦 Electric hoist 电动葫芦可起升重物，并沿主梁纵向移动。本电动悬挂起重机采用CD型，其具体结构形式、特点详见有关电动葫芦说明书。 The electric hoist is used to lift heavy articles and it moves along main girder. Type CD electric hoist is adopted in this electric suspended crane, its structural characteristic is referred in detail on the specification of electric hoist. 1.2.3 运行机构 Traveling mechanism 采用分别驱动形式，驱制动靠锥形制动电动机来完成，传动采用齿轮传动，其具 体结构与CD = 1 \* ROMAN I型电动葫芦运行小车相同。 Separate driving form is adopted in this product.
