Teaching Aids: Flashcards, Some pictures, Multimedia Teaching Steps Step 1:Pre-reading A song: What do you like? 教师借助多媒体，师生共同律动能迅速热身，屏幕上逐一显示各种动物的图片（如rabbit, panda, bird等），唱歌以一问一答式，Do you like___? Yes, I do. 『设计意图』这首歌的旋律学生都很熟悉，学生很快的参与其中，容易调动学生的积极性，为下一步的学生做好了准备。 2．Free talk T: You performed this song very well. Do you like this song? Ss: Yes, I do. T: Can you find out all the animals from this song? S1: Rabbit. S2: Bird. S3: Panda. … T: Yes, there are so many lovely animals in this song. Today we will talk one kind of animals。 『设计意图』学生从歌曲“What do you like?”中很快找到信息并能较好地完成Free talk，它直接体现了语言的交际作用，也最简便地把教学开端引入正规。 3．Presentation (1) 教师出示了一张裁剪的图片，让学生猜这会是什么动物，对话如下， T: I like animals very much. Can you guess which animal in this picture? S4: Bear. S5: Panda. (2) 教师让学生欣赏一段《Kung Fu Panda》动画电影。 T: This is an interesting cartoon film in America. Do you like it? Ss: Yes. T: It’s a story about panda. What do you think about this movie? Is it nice? S6: Yes, it’ s nice. S7: It’s wonderful. T: It’s fantastic. T: What’ s panda’s favorite food? S8: Bamboo. 教师在和学生对话时，抓住时机板书本课重点单词 interesting, bamboo，fantastic,并带读。 『设计意图』通过设问将情景切入到电影功夫熊猫，生动的视频欣赏以有冲击力的影响方式，让教师在不知不觉中展示了重点单词的用法。 Step 2 While-reading 课文教学 教师继续对话，讨论更多大熊猫的信息。 T: Where are the pandas from? Ss: China. T: Can you tell us something about pandas? S9: They are lovely and fat. T: What color are the pandas? S10: They are black and white. 教师允许学生和同桌讨论，一起找到这些问题的答案。 『设计意图』在这个过程之中，师生相互启迪，畅
