小学一年级新生入学适应现状及影响因素研究

在中国,儿童年龄只要达到6周岁(教育条件不具备地区,可以推迟到7周岁)就可以进入小学学习。但当他们进入小学一年级后,由于年龄小、自控能力低,无法很快适应陌生的新环境,就会遇到诸多入学不适应的问题。例如其生活、学习、人际交往等方面都会有很多的变化。然而,很多小学一年级的新生家长及教师并未对此引起关注。但是,儿童是否能适应新的环境生活,决定着儿童以后学校生活的质量,甚至影响整个学业生涯的发展。因此,我们需要了解小学一年级新生的适应问题的影响因素。本文主要通过问卷调查的形式,研究当前马鞍山市小学在新生适应过程中存在的问题,并对此提出改善的建议,促进其良好习惯的养成,帮助其建立正确的观念,最终顺利融入小学生活,并且健康快乐的成长。

Freshmen adjust to first grade status and influencing factors
ABSTRACT
In China, the child reaches 6 years of age (educational conditions are not reach, could be postponed to 7 years of age) can enter primary school.But when they enter first grade, due to age, low self-control, unable to adapt quickly to the new environment, you will encounter many problems not meet admission. Such as their living, learning, interpersonal aspects, there will be many changes. However, many primary school freshman parents and teachers did not hold attention. However, whether the child is able to adapt to the new environment of life determines the quality of life for children after school, and even affect the development of the entire academic career. Therefore, we need to understand the factors affecting primary freshmen adaptation. In this paper, through a questionnaire, primary research question in the current freshmen to exist in the process in Maanshan, and make recommendations to improve and promote their good habits to help them establish a correct concept and eventually integrate into primary school life and health and happinessentering.

一、 前言
(一)问题的提出
在小学里,我们不难发现很多学生无法适应校园生活,他们有的比较孤独,不愿意和同伴、老师交流;有的则比较活跃,但带来的通常是不守学校的规则;有的无法认真听课,学习成绩比较落后;有的甚至害怕到学校上课等等。诸如此类都表明了小学一年级新生由于年龄小,没有自我掌控能力,没办法自己去调节适应这种新的环境。由此可见,小学一年级新生入学适应现状不容乐观,这样就需要相关的的人来引导,帮助他们克服问题。
(二)研究的意义与目的
通过调查研究小学一年级新生入学适应现状,从而发现有哪些问题,最终采取综合对策解决相关的问题。具体来说就是分析和整合其不适应的表现,找出解决对策,丰富小学一年级新生入学理论构想。我们的最终的实践目的就是能够帮助一年级新生顺利转变角色,加以引导使其适应小学新生活,顺利渡过转折期,提高日后的适应能力,促进社会化。同时也帮助小学教师丰富自己的教学策略,知道如何采取相关措施去
