全球价值链下外商直接投资对珠三角产业结构的影响研究 全球价值链下外商直接投资对珠三角产业结构的影响研究 摘 要：外商直接投资（FDI）目前是我国的重要产业结构优化措施。中国目前是全球最大的发展中国家，通过外商直接投资的引入，以外商直接投资作为载体，以资本和技术等产业的全球性转移来实现产业结构升级，进而促使我国和外商本国的相关产业结构的优化，实现经济的共同发展。结合当前利用FDI的主要经验，这种投资方式主要有跨国并购和绿地投资等，FDI可以让东道国的落后工业占比逐渐下降，创新工业得到持续发展，进而使之产业结构从劳动密集型转换成技术密集型，最终实现该国的产业结构优化。通过实践经验证明，上世纪八十年代，我国通过积极利用FDI，有力的推动了本国经济的发展，同时产业结构也得到了一定的优化。在过去数十年的经济高速增长背景下，FDI数量显著提升，它为我国的经济发展做出了重大贡献。而时至今日，FDI也呈现出对我国产业结构的优化带来了一定制约性。 关键词：外商直接投资；产业结构；影响；面板VAR The use of foreign direct investment (FDI) to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure has always been an important objective of China’s utilization of foreign direct investment.
