Get the students to listen to Part3, then sing it together.Then teach “write to sb.” 2 .Get the students to summarize the structure of the present continuous tense:be+v-ing 3 .Get some students to act some activities, then ask and answer with the other students. Revise the present continuous tense. Step2 15′ Presentation: Show a picture in Part2. Give the example. teach: draw (1)Then get the Ss to do Part2 and check the answers (2)Make dialogues about the Pictures in Part2 in your group. 2.T: Do you know what Peter is doing? Peter is showing his mother around his school. Teach : Show sb. around… 3.Show Picture 1 in 1a, ask and answer with students.Then get some students to ask and answer At last get the students to describe Picture 3. 4. Lead to the reading by practising the grammar. Step 3 15′ Consolidation: 1.Listen to 1a and read after the tape, pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.
