发泡水泥板: 它应该是由水泥、粉煤灰及其他胶凝材料与改性剂、发泡剂等在工厂制成的热传导率 低、耐高温、耐候、耐老化、不燃的改性泡沫混凝土(泡沫水泥)保温板材。 大概配方: 硅酸盐水泥 Poland Cement (Model :42.5 ) 粉煤灰: fly ash ( 与水泥比例: cement 4:fly ash 1) 减水剂: (JK-04PP, 复配成 17%含固量,掺量: C*1%) H2O2 氧化改性魔芋胶黏剂(双氧水: H2O2 ) Formulation Poland Cement (Model :42.5 ) Fly ash: (cement/fly ash: 4:1) Water reducing admixture: (JK-04PP, 17% solid content. 1% dosage) H2O2 Oxidation modified konjac adhesive H2O2 氧化改性魔芋胶黏剂 (1) 原材料与配方 Raw material and formulation 材料 配比 材料 配比 魔芋胶 5g 蔗糖 1g 30% 双氧水 (H2O2) 2ml 硫酸亚铁 0.1g 硼砂 O.1g 亚硫酸钠 O.3g 膨润土 20g 魔芋胶:水 1:20 Raw material Ratio Konjac gum 5g Sucrose 1g 30% H2O2 2ml FeSO4 0.1g Borax 0.1g Na2SO3 0.3g Bentonite 20g Konjac/Water 1:20 (2) 制备方法 首先将魔芋胶、蔗糖和水按一定比例加入到烧杯中顺时针搅拌,直至魔芋胶充分 溶胀成糊 ;调节 pH 值为碱性,依次加入硫酸亚铁与 H202 ,继续搅拌,直至胶液转为透 明黏稠液体 ;然后加入硼砂、防腐剂和膨润土,搅拌 10~ 20min 后,用木棒深入胶液, 提起木棒距胶液面 O.5m 高处而胶丝不断,说明胶液流动性和黏度合格,可以出料。控 制成品的 pH 值在 6~ 7 之问,全部制备过程均在不断搅拌中进行,时间控制在 90min 以内。 Method Firstly, add the konjac gum, sucrose and water into a beaker in certain percentage and stir in the clockwise direction till the konjac gum is swelling fully into paste. Adjust the PH value to alkaline. Then add FeSO4 and H2O2 in sequence and continue to stir till the glue solution turns into transparent vicious liquid. Continue to add borax, preservatives and bentonite and stir in 10 to 20 min. Finally, insert a stick into the glue solution. If the tenosco doesn ’t break down when the stick is lifted 0.5m high from the glue solution surface, the fluidity and viscosity are qualified. The PH value of the finished solution should be within 6 to 7 and must
