本科毕业论文系列 1 - 中文摘要：重视培养学生的创新能力已成为当今社会发展和教育改革的主流，各学科教学都在培养和发展学生的创新能力。创新是健美操的生命，它是健美操运动中极其重要的环节，同时，健美操对培养学生的创新能力也具有独特的作用。本文以健美操教学中学生创新能力的培养为研究对象，以苏州大学体育学院2009级和2010级健美操班的学生为调查对象，对苏州大学体育学院健美操教学中学生创新能力的培养现状进行调查和分析，并提出相应建议，以期为进一步深化高校教育改革，提高体育院系健美操课程的教学质量，培养社会需求的新型人材提供理论参考。 关键词：健美操教学；创新能力；培养 英文摘要: Cultivation of students＇ innovative ability through aerobics teaching Focusing on cultivating students ability of innovation has become the mainstream of todays social development and education reform, the teaching of various subjects in the training and development of students creativity ability. Innovation is the life of Aerobics and an extremely important part in it. Besides, Aerobics has a unique role to develop students ability in innovation. The object of the research is the cultivation of students innovative abilities through aerobics teaching. As for the object of the investigation, I chose students of 2009 and 2010 session who study Aerobics Course in College of Sports and Physical Education in Suzhou University. By investigating and analising the status quo of Suzhou University College of Sports Aerobics Teaching innovation ability, I will make recommendations accordingly in order to provide a theoretical reference to further deepen the reform of higher education, to improve the quality of teaching aerobics classes in Physical Education Department, and to provide theoretical references in meeting social needs. Keywords: aerobics teaching innovative ability cultivation 论健美操教学中学生创新能力的培养 1 前言 健美操作为一项新兴的运动项目，正以其健、力、美的特点和特有的魅力及其锻炼价值深深地扎根于高校体育课和课外体育活动中，并且受到越来越多的大学生的青睐。传统教学模式强调“以技术为中心”、“以教师为中心”、“以课堂为中心”，忽视了对学生创新能力的培养和个性发展的需求[1]。随着教学改革的不断深入，传统的体育教学方法渐渐显示它的局限性和滞后性。在健美操教学中，不仅要加强学生健美操动作技术的掌握，同时还要注重学生健美操创新能力的培养。要有意识地引导学生开动脑筋，积极思考，启发他们进行创造性尝试，提高对健美操的兴趣，丰富与发展健美操的动作内容[2]。 本研究以健美操教学中学生创新能力的培养为研究对象，以苏州大学体育学院2010级、2011级健美操选修班和2009级、2010级健美操专修班的学生为调查对象，通过对苏州大学体育学院健美操教学中学生创新能力培养的现状进行调查，对调查结果进行客观分析，并且针对存在的问题提出建议，为提高体育院系健美操课程的教学质量，培养社会需求的新型人材提供理论参考。 2 研究对象和方法 2.1研究对象 以健美操教学中学生创新能力的培养为研
