河南理工大学2016届本科毕业论文（设计） 摘 要 建筑工程项目成本控制是依据工程项目的具体要求以及企业的总体目标，在工程项目实施过程中，对项目成本进行有效的组织、实施、控制、跟踪、分析和考核等管理活动的过程。它的目的和意义在于强化经营管理，完善成本管理制度，提高成本核算水平，并降低工程成本。工程项目成本控制不仅可以实现目标利润，还可以创造良好经济效益。实行施工项目成本控制已经成为建筑施工企业在工程建设中必不可少的环节，是企业生存和发展的基础和核心。项目经营活动要达到增收节支的目的就要在施工阶段这一环节搞好成本控制。我国一些施工企业出现成本支出较大而效益低下的不良运作局面，究其原因就是在工程项目成本控制方面存在着制度不完善、管理水平低等诸多问题，施工企业要想积蓄财力、增强企业竞争力，那么加强工程项目成本控制与控制是其必然选择。 关键字：成本 管理 工程 I 河南理工大学2016届本科毕业论文（设计） Abstract Project cost management is based on the specific requirements of the project and the overall objective of the enterprise, in the implementation process of the project, the project cost effective organization, implementation, control, tracking, analysis and evaluation of management activities.
