In the study of the current status of the processing trade between Heilongjiang and Russia，using the method of the SWOT analysis，it analyzes the advantages，disadvantages，opportunities and challenges of the development of the processing trade to Russia，suggesting that in the context of the new age，we should promote the development of the Heilongjiang province and Russian processing trade by increasing the power of investment，enhancing the political dialogue，improving the structure of the goods，bringing in the inter-disciplinary talents，developing the trade subjects position，and improving the processing trade environment.
