On the basis of the analysis of the travel consumer rights and interests, and foreign advanced legislative experience for reference, the author tried to build a comprehensive and coherent system of our tourism consumer protection.The paper is divided into six parts with nearly 10,000 words. This article through to the basic theory of tourism consumers' rights and interests protection, summarized the basic content of tourism consumers' rights and interests. Thus carries on the analysis about the present situation of tourism consumers' rights and interests protection in our country, summarizes the tourism consumer protection legislation present situation of our country.
