（现场管理）年产万吨热轧线材车间设计 Aworkshopofnewhotrolledhigh- speedwirewiththeoutputof630,000t/a Abstract Accordingtotherequirementsofgraduationdesign,anewsingleline ofhigh- speedwirerodworkshopwiththeoutputof630,000t/awillbebuilt.Products pecificationsarefor5.5~16mmdiameter,eachcoilweighsabout2tons.T heproductsinthisdesignincludethecarbonstructuralsteelandhigh- qualitycarbonsteel. Themaincontentsofthedesignaremainlyasfollows,formulationof productsschemeandmetalbalance,designoftechnologicalplanandproc ess,thedeterminationofworkroutineandproductioncapacityanalysis ofrollingmill,choiceofthemainequipment,choiceandcalculationoft heauxiliaryequipment,thegroovesdesign,thelayoutofworkshopandho istingandconveyingequipment,checkofrollstrengthandmotorpower,t echnicalandeconomicindicatorsoftheworkshopandenvironmentalprot ectionetc. Thecontinuouscastingbilletisusedasrawmaterialsinthisdesign toreducethemetalloss.Thebettermicrostructureofthebilletscanals oimprovethequalityoftheproductandreducetherollinggaptimetoincr easeproductivity. Thereheatingfurnaceisawalkingbeamtypefurnacewhichissideent ryandsideexittoensurethetightnessofthefurnace.Theheatingcapaci tyis120t/h.Thefurnaceiscontrolledbytheputer.Theexittemperature is1050~1250°C. Thehigh- speedwirerodmillisusedinthisworkshop.Notwistrollingisrealizeda crosstherollingline.Thefinishingensurespeedis100m/s,maximumrol lingspeedof120m/s. Thecontrolledcoolingtechnologyisusedafterrollingthroughthe coolingwaterboxandaStelmorcoolingconveyorsystemtoimproveproduct microstructure.Stelmortransportationsystembythedelayedcoolingt ypecoolingtransportdevices,whichappliestovariouscarbonsteelsan dhasbettercoolingeffect. Inshort,theadvancedtechnologyandequipment,thedesignofthepr oductisanimportantguaranteeofhighqualityandprovidingagoodmodel forthehighspeedwireproductionworkshopdesigning. Key Words: workshop design
