华东师范大学硕士学位论文 内容摘要 “影子教育”也被称为 “私人辅导”或 “课外补习”，指的是对学术学科进 行辅导，由一些辅导者为了经济收益提供，是主流学校教育的补充。本研究通过 从培训机构教师的角度探讨影子教育，对影子教育教师的身份认同进行深层次地 挖掘与分析，了解影子教育的多重身份认同，为规范机构教师的教育教学工作提 供建议。 本研究分为五部分。首先第一章描述了研究的背景，明确了研究的问题与意 义。第二章基于文献研究，界定了影子教育、影子教育教师和教师身份认同的概 念，并对国内外关于影子教育教师和教师身份认同的研究进行梳理,最后针对已 有研究从研究对象、内容、方法和结果等方面进行总结和反思。第三章介绍了研 究的理论基础和方法设计，展现了受访教师的招募过程和教师的基本信息，并对 研究的伦理和可信度作了介绍。第四章对八位受访教师的身份认同和多种身份之 间的关系及其影响因素进行逐一个案的分析。第五章综合分析影子教育教师身份 认同的多重身份，并根据教师的身份认同协调和失调的不同状态，对身份认同的 重叠和冲突进行讨论，并进一步找到产生不同认同关系的影响因素。第六章结论 部分整理了研究的主要发现，针对研究发现和结论对当前影子教育的相关政策提 出建议，并反思了研究的不足。 关键词：影子教育，教师身份认同，认同重叠，认同冲突 I 华东师范大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Shadow education is also referred to as private tutoring or supplementary education, referring to the tutoring of academic subjects, provided by tutors for financial gain, as a supplement to mainstream school education. This study explores shadow education from the perspective of shadow education tutors, deeply explores and analyzes the professional identity construction of shadow education tutors, understands how the professional identity construction of shadow education tutors, andprovides suggestionsfor standardizingtheeducation andteachingwork oftutors. This study is divided into five parts.
