We use the Subject Pronouns to substitute the subject of the phrase, a proper or a common noun.
We use the Subject Pronouns to avoid the repetition of a noun in the phrase.
Let’s see an example
SUBJECT PRONOUNS
Lisa is dancing
She is dancing

We use the Object Pronouns to substitute nouns that appeared after a verb or a preposition.
They also are used to avoid the repetition of the subject pronouns in a phrase.
Let’s see an example
OBJECT PRONOUNS
Lisa Loves Nick
She Loves him
Example
We cannot write: She loves He, this is INCORRECT, we have to use the object pronoun Him instead of the subject pronoun He.
Note:
In this case, the pronoun YOU is not a subject pronouns. It is an object pronoun.
We use the pronouns YOU and IT as a subject pronoun or an object pronoun.
We write them in the same way, but we need to pay attetion if they are a subject or an object pronoun.
Why we write: I love you?
We use the Possessive Adjectives to show the idea of ownership over something or someone.
For example:

The Possessive Adjective:My shows the idea of ownership in this phrase
We use the Possessive Pronouns to substitute the Possessive Adjective and the noun of a phrase.
We used the Possessive Pronoun to avoid the repetition of them.
