毕业设计（论文） 题目：广州花园酒店员工培训管理研究  广州花园酒店员工培训管理研究 摘要 随着中国服务行业的不断发展和进步，市场和消费者对服务业也提出了越来越高的要求，因此，以服务为依托的酒店行业也不例外。经济条件下，越来越多的酒店都拥有着较为雄厚的硬件设施，但却往往忽略了对软文化的建设和发展，尤其是对酒店员工培训管理方面的忽视和管理力度的缺失。目前，针对酒店员工管理这问题，行业内已经逐步地采取了相应措施。但是许多酒店针对这一问题在实践中的认识度还相对较少，并且还存在着一些问题和不足。本课题将以广州花园酒店为研究对象，通过对现实问题的研究，借鉴已有的研究理论及文献，找出解决员工培训的方法，创新地总结出一套有实战意义的酒店员工培训管理对策，以提高酒店的服务水平和竞争力。 关键词：员工培训；问题；研究；对策 GUANGZHOU MILKY WAY HOTEL STAFF TRAINING MANAGEMENT RESEARCH ABSTRACT With the continuous development of Chinas service industry and progress, the market and consumers for services also put forward more and more high demand, therefore, in service of the hotel industry based on is no exception. Economy, more and more of the hotel have a relatively strong hardware facilities, but often ignored the soft culture construction and development, especially for the hotel staff training management aspects of neglect and the lack of the strength of management. At present, in the hotel staff management this problem, within the industry has gradually to take corresponding measures. But many hotels in order to solve this problem in the practice of the known degrees in relatively less, and also exists some problems and the insufficiency. This subject will with Chateau Star River as the research object, and through the reality, with the help of the existing research theory and publications, and find a solution to the employee training method, innovation to sum up a set of practical significance are the hotel staff training management countermeasures to improve the service level and competitiveness.
