扬州大学本科生毕业设计 科研网络模型 计科 0601 李孟洪 指导教师：邹盛荣 （扬州大学信息工程学院，计科 0601，江苏扬州） 【摘 要】 本文从复杂网络的角度来研究科学家合作关系。 对于全球主要的科学家， 我 们从他们在 NATURE数据库发表的文章数据开始调研， 运用复杂网络的研究方法， 定义了以合作为主的科研网络，它以科学家为节点科学家之间的相互作用为边 （即合著过一篇或多篇文章） 。这类网络的合作关系体现在顶点构成的项目完全 图上，我们实证统计了科学家网络的多种合作的网络性质， 包括节点度分布、 项 目度分布、最短道路长分布、平均最短道路长、集群系数分布、平均集聚系数、 同类性、节点总权重分布、二方组项目度分布、点强度分布等。并结合实际系统 对这些统计性质进行分析 , 得出该网络的累积项目度分布等若干重要统计量都很 好地遵循 SPL分布；累积项目度分布、 集群系数随节点度的变化很好地遵循指数 分布。 通过以上分析， 我们验证了网络模型的正确性， 重点研究了论文合著率及其 所反映的合作状况， 发现合作首先是研究领域和对象的制约的产物， 而不是研究 者之间的友谊的结果； 其次取决于科学研究的劳动性质， 提出合作是科研者自组 织发展的结果， 同时合作的出现， 又进一步激励了科学研究， 因而合作与科学发 展本身是一个交互作用的“循环”过程，合作既是科研演化的结果，又得科研演 化的动力。 【关键词】 复杂网络、科研网、实证统计、算法、 C++ 1 扬州大学本科生毕业设计 【Abstract】 We have studied the Cooperation between scientists from the viewpoint of complex networks. For the whole country main scientists, we set out our investigation from the article data of Nature database, using the method of complex network, and definite a cooperative-based research network of cooperation. The node stand for the scientists, and the edge stand for the interaction among scientists which had one or more cooperation article. The entire item indicates cooperation. Then we give out some important results of the network, including the distribution of nodes degrees, the distribution of items degrees, the average clustering coefficient, the average shortest path, the congener character, the distribution of the power about competition and so on. Then combine actual system to statistics a property to carry on analysis to these, and we include that cooperation networks cumulate item degreedistribution obey to shifted power law . And cumulate item degree distribution cluster coefficient with node degrees change show good exponential functions.
