FEEDBACK of VISITING NATIONAL MUSEUM of CHINA This was my second visit to National Museum of China. Every time I went to the museum, it always brought me with different feelings. The National Museum of China is the largest museum in the world. It houses more than 1.2 million cultural relics and artworks, containing porcelains, bronze wares, jade wares, calligraphy and paintings. All of them are amazing and interesting. As a girl, woman’s adornments were the ones that most grabbed my attention. I was shocked by those ancient jewelers’ superb skill that made many elegant adornments still exist today. What impressed me most was the phoenix coronet of Xiaojing empress dowager. It was so exquisite and amazing. Nine large golden dragons encircled the coronet, with pearl drops in their mouths, and there were rows of eight jewels hang on the bottom of the dragons’ feet. Moreover, there were eight gold phoenixes matching the dragons. Different colors-- emerald, peacock blue and red made it sumptuous and splendid. All in all, the beauty was beyond my words. This time, I had a new discovery—a pottery figurine of a?storyteller. This pottery figurine was discovered in the central part of the corridor of the corridor. At the first time of it, I knew the pottery figurine was extraordinary. Realistic expressions and lively gestures made it different. The storyteller wore a kerchief coiled around his head. He wears baggy trousers and his feet were bare. The interesting thing was that he lifted his right foot, and I had no idea what he was doing. And the most attractive part was his expression. His forehead was full of wrinkles result from his exaggerated smile. This pottery figure was filled with humor and lifelike details were quite impressive. The National Museum of China is full of amazing treasures, just to name a few. In conclusion, it is really worth visiting.
