深圳市轨道交通站点和周边地下空间一体化开发案例研究  摘 要     深圳市的城市建设行为日趋饱和，地下空间的开发和建设利用成为城市进一步建设 发展的必然选择之一。随着轨道交通建设飞速发展，城市地下空间亟待与之同步开发。 本文以岗厦北综合交通枢纽及相关建设项目为例，分析轨道交通站点和周边地下空间一 体化开发的关键问题。对项目的“交通方案，建筑空间，城市界面，工程技术，文化艺 术”几个方面的关键问题进行研究分析。提出设计策略和方法，为同类项目的建设开发 提供借鉴。  第一章介绍了轨道交通站点和周边地下空间一体化开发的研究背景和意义。确定了 研究对象和研究目的，介绍了国内外相关研究情况，提出了本论文的研究思路和方法。  第二章介绍了国内外一体化开发和深圳一体化开发的相关背景，对深圳一体化开发 的建设实践进行了介绍和分析。  第三章针对岗厦北枢纽项目的开发进行了深入分析，通过开发背景介绍和开发特点 的分析，提出了研究结论。  第四章依据分析研究结论，对深圳一体化开发项目的趋势和重难点进行了分析，提 出了主要的技术策略展望。      关键词：轨道交通站点；地下空间；一体化开发；设计；策略    I    A Case Study of Integrated Development of Shenzhen Rail Transit Station and Surrounding Underground Space Abstract     The urban construction behavior in Shenzhen is becoming more and more saturated.  The development and utilization of underground space has become one of the inevitable  choices for further urban construction and development. With the rapid development of rail  transit,  urban  underground  space  needs  to  be  developed  simultaneously.  Taking  the  comprehensive transportation hub and related construction projects of gangxia north as an  example, this paper analyzes the key problems of integrated development of rail transit  stations  and  surrounding  underground  space.  The  key  problems  of  the  project  transportation plan, building space, urban interface, engineering technology, culture and  art are studied and analyzed. The design strategies and methods are put forward to provide  reference for the construction and development of similar projects.  The  first  chapter  introduces  the  background  and  significance  of  the  integrated  development of rail transit stations and surrounding underground space. This paper defines  the resear
