It is a kind of special park ，as the animals are the main attraction point of it. Apart from offering entertainment places to the public， the city zoo also play a role in science knowledge education. It trys to make people to aware of the importance of protecting the environment， as well as protecting the animals. Beijing Zoo is a representative one among the city zoos. In this paper， we will make the Beijing Zoo as the object of study. By analyzing three parts: its management， services and tourism products in development status， with some visitor satisfaction， identify the existence of some of its current problems， such as: poor infrastructure； inadequate security； too little animal shows； unsatisfactory cleanliness and so on.
