Multinational companies through massive overseas investment and transnational ma, set up their own production and research and development system step by step. Since Chinas reform and opening up, a lot of foreign investment scale expands unceasingly, foreign investment made certain contribution to the world economy. Since Chinas accession to the WTO after the rapid growth of economy and increasingly open investment environment of China as the host country and further improve the international status. The total use of foreign investment in China continues to expand at the same time, the foreign investment structure gradually improve. On the one hand, the rapid growth of the big multinational company investment in China in its rd activities has become increasingly active; Multinational companies, on the other hand, to a certain extent changed the state of Chinas domestic market competition and market structure. This article will analysis from the aspects of several big multinational corporation rd investment under the new situation and the countermeasures of our country.
