 毕 业 设 计 题 目：xxx住宅小区6#楼工程投标 学 院： 管理工程学院 专 业： 工程管理 姓 名： xxx 学 号： xxx 指导老师： xxx 完成时间： 2015.5.29 河南xxx本科毕业设计 摘要  摘要 【摘要】：随着我国建筑市场管理的日趋完善，为了适应当今建筑市场的发展，所以我们必须去接受国际工程市场流行的工程量清单招标、无标底招标、总承包招标，这将是我国建筑市场以后的发展方向。 接收到招标者的文件（招标文件）包括：合同条件；规范；图纸；工程量表；投标书格式；评标办法以及投标者须知。除投标者须知外，上述全部文件在签订合同时构成合同文件。通常，根据招标文件所要求的内容，通过详细认真的研究，积极组织投标，以争取中标。 本投标工程项目依据《中华人民共和国招标投标法》等有关法律、法规和规章，对投标过程中的具体工作流程与注意事项进行了详尽的全面阐述。按照《工程量清单计价规范》要求做出工程量清单和工程量计算书,力求能够最真实准确的反映施工图纸，从而为投标报价打下坚实的基础。 【关键词】：投标、工程量清单、投标报价、合同  Abstract 【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the development of todays construction market, we must be able to accept the international construction market popular BOQ tender,lowest bid, the general contractor bidding, which will be the trends in Chinasconstruction market. The tender documents received: conditions of contract; specification; drawings; engineering scale; tenders format; evaluation methods as well as the Instructions to Tenderers. All of these files constitute the contract documents except for the Instructions to Tenderers.Typically, to secure the tender successfully, we will research carefully, and organize bidding actively according to the requirements in the tender documents This tender project is in accordance with the 《Bidding Law of the Peoples Republic of China》, other relevant laws, regulations and rules, the bidding process, the specific work processes and precautions described in detail.
