HUNAN 毕业设计(论文) 设计论文题目： 医院信息管理系统 之电子病历系统 医院信息管理系统之电子病历系统 摘 要 电子病历是医疗健康信息个性化发展趋势。病历作为患者信息载体，集中反应了患者诊疗诊疗过程，电子病历是数字信息化病历，它不仅包含静态病历信息，还提供相关服务，实现患者信息采集、加工、存放、传输和服务。 Ajax是一个新兴热门网络技术，它将JavaScript和XML技术结合在一起，每次调用新数据时，无需反复跳转页面，而是采取异步通信方法向服务器请求数据，使用DOM更新页面中变更数据，显著提升了界面响应速度，给用户一个很好使用体验。 本文基于Ajax技术设计并实现了医院信息管理系统中电子病历模块。该论文首先是对电子病历产生背景、使用意义、现实状况及趋势进行分析叙述；然后，对系统实现所采取关键技术Ajax进行分析；接着对电子病历进行了系统分析，具体分析了其系统需求，和各模块需要达成要求，并对系统设计进行了分析；最终具体叙述了系统各部分具体实现，包含住院电子病历、门诊电子病历、日志管理和数据相关操作。 关键词：电子病历；MVC模式；信息共享；Ajax技术 Electronic Medical Records of Medical Information Management System Abstract Electronic medical records are the development trend of personalization for medical and health information. Medical records are vectors of patient information, which reflect the process of diagnosis and treatment for patients. Electronic medical records are the records of digital information, which includes all the information on paper medical records. Electronic medical records medical record not only static information, but also the provision of related services, thus it can achieve the patient information’s collection, process, storage, transport and services. Ajax is a new and hot Web development technology. It combines JavaScript with XML technology, and it can improve response time because the system needn’t redirect page after user transfers some new data. It can request date from server through asynchronous communication and use DOM to renew those changed data on the page, which can give users have a good experience. This dissertation introduces the realization of electronic medical records of medical information management system based on Ajax technology.
