电子产业精细生产物流成本分析 内容 摘 要 生产企业物流成本的分析研究是生产企业进行物流操作的基 础，生产企业供应物流、生产物流、销售物流特别是仓库管理等方 面的策略、方法等都依赖着生产企业物流成本的分析研究。 本文介绍我国电子产业面临的处境，指出其生产物流的现状及 其日见重要的原因，从而引入精细生产物流的概念并对电子产业的 物流成本进行分析。本文使用了各种降低物流成本的方法，并对精 细生产的物流成本管理和一般生产物流成本管理进行全面的比较， 以便企业制定正确的生产销售策略。 关键词：精细生产、生产物流、物流成本分析 I THE ANALYSIS OF THE LEAN PRODUCTION LOGISTICS COST IN ELCTRONICS INDUSTRY ABSTRACT As we know, the analysis and study of logistics cost is the basis of logistics operation for manufacturing enterprise , to some degree, the methods and tragedies in supply logistics, manufacturing logistics, and especially warehousing management all depend on the level and result of analysis and study of logistics cost. This paper presents the situation of Chinas electronics industry will be faced with that situation and the logistics of its production has become increasingly important reasons, lean production so as to bring out and the analysis of logistics cost of electronics industry will do. It will be a variety of methods to reduce logistics costs. Fine also the logistics costs of production logistics management and production general to conduct a comprehensive cost management, production and marketing in order to formulate a correct strategy.
