Consider that if employer simply cut the monthly salary of employees because the workplace is safer, man, the productivity and loyalty of those employees would be reduced dramatically. If these employees leave the company or just tend to be absent frequently, the profit of the company would shrink sharply. Therefore, the office-security campaign should be considered harmful to help the company acquire financial benefit since it ignored the long-term effect of the further cost-cutting plan.
