Where are the biggest challenges the integrated competency/technology teams face?
Demand for services no as steady in this area.
Difficult to build deep skils in this area.
What integrated competency/technology teams provide the greatest opportunity for BC?
Package software teaming with functional skills (e.g. FFOF, Revenue, Enhancement)
How can we operate as a global team and how can we have a strategy with global influence?
Current “office” model limtis global sharing of resources.
Possibly need more national/international practices (e.g. SAP practice)
How do we encourage or support specialization in smaller practices which may lack the critical mass to do so?
Form “regional” practices
Team smaller offices with larger offices
Effectively leverage knowledge capital (E.G. Knowledge Space)
How do we integrate with other parts of AA - such as ABA, EFC and TL and how do we leverage that knowledge?
Industry programs are the link of services lines.
Use of relationship partners/client service teams for clients.
How can we better serve AA Worldwide, not just BC?
Identify key targets for firm/participate in client acquisition strategy
Help convert BC clients to mainline or other services
What is missing (e.g. skills, infrastructure) for us to render services to our clients?
Skills in certain software packages (People Soft SAP, Oracle)
Creation of “format” relationships with vendor (beyond current marketing relationships)
implementors of choice
transfer of leads (not happening today)
Deep Technology skills
Develop “strategies/industry” skills to aid in serving/developing relations with CEO’S
