山东建筑大学毕业设计说明书 PAGE V 摘 要 随着科技进步，现代建筑中电气系统在整个建筑物中的重要性越来越明显。办公楼的电气设计除了要满足正常工作需要外，还要本着安全节能的原则为相关人员提供一个安全、方便和舒适的工作环境。本文将围绕“人性化、节能化”的理念，对某商业集团办公楼电气设计进行探讨。 该商业集团办公楼是以办公为主，兼有餐饮、会议、机房、地下车库为一体的综合性建筑，该建筑地下2层，地上25层。总高度为82米，总建筑面积3万平方米，属于一类高层建筑。设计部分包括照明系统，防雷接地系统，电视监控系统，有线电视系统，消防报警及联动系统等方面。 关键词：照明；防雷接地；电视监控；有线电视；消防报警及联动 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 The Design of Lighting System and CCTV For A Commercial Group Office Building ABSTRACT With the progress of science and technology, the importance of modern architecture electric system in the whole building is becoming more and more obvious. The electrical design for the office building not only meet the normal work, but also provide a safe, convenient and comfortable working environment for the related personnel in the spirit of safety and energy saving principle .This article will focus on the humane, energy-saving concept, to discuss the electrical design for a commercial group office building . The commercial office building is a comprehensive building . It is primarily used for offices, as a whole,also used for restaurants, meeting rooms, engining rooms and the underground garage. The building has 2 underground floors, 25 floors above the ground . It belongs to a class of high-rise buildings ,its total height is 82 meters and total construction area is 30,000 square meters.The design section includes lighting system, lightning protection and grounding system , CCTV , cable television system as well as fire alarm and linkage system .
