电子商务下供应链管理的运作模式研究 PAGE I 摘要：电子商务环境下的供应链管理是当今的一个重点课题。当今企业只有促进电子商务环境下供应链管理的优化，才能获得更大的效率和效益。如何基于电子商务环境而优化实施供应链管理，构建更趋合理的供应链管理系统，是企业增强和扩大核心竞争力的关键，本文主要运用文献资料法、个案研究法和逻辑分析法等方法，从介绍选题背景及意义入手，分析了研究电子商务环境下供应链管理运作模式的重要性，对供应链、电子商务以及电子商务下的供应链进行了探讨，重点研究了电子商务与供应链管理的融合以及电子商务下供应链的运作模式两大问题，并运用个例分析法对X公司的电子商务供应链进行了初步的介绍。通过本文，将为电子商务环境下供应链的运作模式研究提供有益的参考。 关键词：电子商务；供应链；运作模型；供应链管理 PAGE IV Abstract: Supply chain management under the electronic commerce environment is a key issue today. The enterprise only promote under the electronic commerce environment optimization of supply chain management, can achieve more efficiency and benefit. Based on the electronic commerce environment and optimize the implementation of supply chain management, the establishment of supply chain management system more reasonable, is the key enterprises to strengthen and expand the core competitiveness, this paper using the method of literature review, case study and logical analysis and other methods, starting from the research background and significance, analyzes the importance of supply chain management mode of operation research under the environment of e-commerce, supply chain, electronic commerce and electronic commerce under supply chain is discussed, focusing on the two problems in the mode of supply chain integration of e-commerce and supply chain management and e-commerce, and electronic commerce supply chain of X company were primarily introduced the use case analysis method. Through this research, provides the beneficial reference mode of operation will supply chain under the environment of e-commerce.
