韩国文化产业的发展及其对中国的启示 摘要：文化是民族的血脉，是人民的精神家园。文化产业作为一种既属经济领域，又属文化领域的特殊产业，是按照包含工业生产专业化和程序化等一般内容的工业标准，生产、再生产、储存以及分配文化产品和服务的一系列活动，是从事文化产品生产和提供文化服务的经营性行业。本文以文化产业的基本概念、界定范围以及文化产业在国民经济发展的重要地位为切入点，以韩国的文化产业为案例，就韩国文化产业的发展阶段、发展现状进行了介绍，并对韩国发展文化产业的宝贵经验进行阐述；本文对我国文化产业的现状、面临的问题和未来发展潜力进行了分析，本文的最后，重点就韩国文化产业之于我国提出了五点启示。本文的研究，将为我国更好的发展文化产业提供一些有益的思考。 关键词：韩国；文化产业；文化体制；文化产业政策 The development of the cultural industry in Korea and its Implications for China Abstract: Culture is the lifeblood of a nation, and the spiritual home of the people. Cultural industry as a special cultural industry field and economic field, but also belonging to culture field, including industrial production specialization and procedures such as general industry standard and a series of activities of production, reproduction, storage, and distribution of cultural products and services, mainly engaged in the production of cultural products and cultural services operating industry. Based on the definition of basic concept of cultural industry and its important position in the development of national economy, this paper used the Korean cultural industry as an example, introduces the current development stage and status of the Korean cultural industry, and sums up experiences of Korean culture industry development. In this paper, the development stage of Chinas cultural industry, the faced problems and the potential of future development are analyzed. At the end of this paper, five inspirations focusing on the Korean cultural industry for our country are put forward. The target of this study is to provide some useful thinking for the better development of our cultural industry.
