Closing price trend data and stock market data to analyze their correlation on the current real estate bubble and the financial countermeasures were analyzed, and then introduces the strategy of overseas especially the United States and Japan real estate bubble governance. Based on the above analysis, put forward countermeasures of financial summary of Chinas real estate bubble, in view of the existing problems and puts forward some constructive suggestions continue to promote the management of interest rate marketization, and gradually improve t
