Besides baidu through National Knowledge Infrastructure Articles Dissertation Database and otherelectronic resources and related Chinese and foreign periodicals, this paper collect classic works related and views of the well-known economists to analysis of the risks and benefits of trust financing. Finally, it went up to a multiple regression analysis through using R software data collected from Wan baoli of Industrial Bank from 2014 to 2015, and results shows the investment period of financial products has a certain impact on earnings and year investment and investment type has a significant impact on the return.
