企业如何提高员工的忠诚度
摘 要
古人云:得人者得天下,失人者失天下。跨入二十一世纪,我们
已经进入了一个科技、经济飞速发展的时代,新形势下,人才的重要
性尤为突出。根据美国经济学家舒尔茨的人才理论,人力投资所带来
的利润增长远远高于物力投资所带来的利润增长,据估算人力投资增
加 3.5 倍,利润将增加 17.5 倍。可以说,企业的生存与发展,关键
在于人才。谁拥有丰富的人才资源,谁就掌握了至胜的法宝,就能在
激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。相反,一个企业如果没有人才来支撑就
等于人体缺少骨骼,就像一个泄了气的气球,是无法参与市场竞争的,
根本谈不上生存与发展。
在企业人力资源管理中,如何吸引,留住人才是管理者最为关注
的问题。特别是近年来,员工流动过于频繁的现象日益受到重视。而
企业员工忠诚度是反映一个企业人力资源管理水平的重要指标,也是
制约企业健康发展的一个重要因素,如何培养和提升员工忠诚度,加
强员工忠诚度的管理,是每一个企业必须面对的课题。
本文主要对如何理解和把握忠诚度、忠诚度对企业和员工的意
义、影响员工忠诚度的因素、忠诚度的理论基础和案例研究、及如何
提高员工的忠诚度作分析。
