Unit7 SectionA教学设计 （一）教材分析 本课是新目标英语，八年级上册第七单元section A部分，教材以how do you make a banana milk shake?为中心话题。围绕着描述“一种食品的制作过程”展开。学习和使用重点词汇及其句型turn on /cut up/pour ...into 及其how do you make a banana milk shake ?让学生谈论一种家庭食物的制作过程，同时用first./next/then /finally 来描述制作过程步骤的先后顺序。本课教学内容与学生的实际生活密切联系，易于引发学生用简单的英语实行交际和交流。 （二）教学目标 结合第七单元教材内容，我按照语言知识、语言技能、学习策略、情感态度、文化意识等五个方面，将本课的教学目标细化 1、知识目标：单词词汇及其短语 ??????? 功 能：描述一种事物的制作过程 ?????? 句 型：学会使用祈使句。 2、语言技能： 听：听懂只做一种食品的对话材料 ???????????? 说：描述制作一种家庭食品的过程 ???????????? 读：读懂介绍食物制作过程的文字 ?????????????写：能使用重点单词及其句型描述自己喜欢的事物的制作过程 3、情感目标：??培养学生热爱劳动，协助父母做家务的好习惯 （三）教学重点、难点 重点：词汇及其句子： first ...next ...then ..finally.. 难点：能够用英语描述一种食物的制作过程。 （四）教学策略 教的策略： 1、实物过程演示：体现教学的直观性原则。 2、语言教学体现语用思想：在学中用，在用中学，词汇与句型逐步表现。 3、文化渗透：对比中西方厨艺的不同，了解其背后的文化特点。 学习策略： 1、猜测：品尝并猜测饮料所含材料，激发学习兴趣和愿望。 2、体验：模拟制作食品的过程，在体验中学习生动的语言知识。 3、合作学习和自主探究：小组合作制作自己喜欢的奶昔，自主探究制作水果沙拉的食谱。 （五）教学过程 Step1、?Lead in(5分钟) 1. Go among Ss and get Ss to taste 3 kinds of drinks such as orange juice, water and banana milk shake and guess what ingredients are in the drinks. 2. Show Ss the new words with pictures about the ingredients in the milk shake on the slide by power point and teach the new words： milk shake, ingredient(s), yogurt, ice cream, watermelon and pineapple. Step2?、Learn to make a milk shake（7分钟） 1. Ask Ss what other things we need to make a banana milk shake besides the ingredients above. Then, write the words on the Bb while the Ss listing the things：blender, knife, cup, teaspoon and pipe. 2. The teacher demonstrates the process of making a banana milk shake while the Ss watching and learning . 3. Get Ss to imitate the way of making a banana milk shake while repeating the instructions after the teacher. 4.
