To further develop agriculture. We must ensure the safe operation and steady development of rural credit cooperatives. But in recent years, some rural credit cooperatives ignore the appropriate ratio to cost-effectiveness, resulting in indifference concept of cost, not only the grassroots personnel ignore cost control, even internal management personnel also lack of cost data and necessary cost management techniques means, which has cast a shadow in the business activities of rural credit cooperatives, their situation of accounting management has become increasingly unsuited to the reform and development needs. The management accounting as new methods and concepts can improve the efficiency and scientific of management, which plays an extremely important role in improving the operation management and competitiveness of rural credit cooperatives.
