摘 要 地下空间的开发利用能够有效缓解城市土地资源紧张、提高土地利用效率、 改善城市生态环境。地下中庭空间是连接地下空间与外界的过渡区域，在地下空 间设置中庭是提升地下空间环境质量、改善热舒适度的有效手段。 本文以徐州市商业综合体地下中庭空间为研究对象，结合寒冷地区徐州冬季 气候条件，围绕关于商业综合体地下中庭空间冬季热舒适性的三个问题进行研 究。问题一：商业综合体地下中庭空间的热舒适现状如何；问题二：如何评价商 业综合体地下中庭空间的热舒适性；问题三：如何改善商业综合体地下中庭空间 的热舒适性。 （1）采用实地调研的方式回答问题一。通过现场实测与问卷调查的方法对 其地下中庭各层的冬季热舒适性展开现场调研，分析其热舒适现状，得出 52% 的被试者认为当前热环境达到舒适状态，25.8%的人认为环境偏冷且这部分被试 者绝大部分集中在地下中庭空间底部区域。 （2 ）通过线性回归分析的方式回答问题二。利用调研所得数据，采用线性 回归分析方法建立地下中庭空间热舒适的PMV 模型与MTS 模型，提出地下中 庭空间热中性温度与80%满意率下的可接受温度范围。之后分析对比二者模型差 异，选用MTS 模型建立商业综合体地下中庭空间的适应性热舒适模型。 （3 ）通过计算机模拟的方式回答问题三。结合适应性热舒适模型利用Airpak 软件模拟分析不同中庭面积占比、不同平面比例、不同剖面形态下的温度分布情 况，结果显示，当地下中庭采取面积占比为5%、平面呈线形、剖面为A 形或矩 形地下中庭空间形态时有助于改善人体的热舒适性。之后从暖通空调设计与建筑 设计两个方面提出地下中庭空间的热舒适优化策略，希望能够对徐州地区商业综 合体地下中庭空间设计提供参考。 本文有图56 幅，表格36 个，参考文献67 篇。 关键词：商业综合体；地下中庭；热舒适分析；优化策略 IV Abstract The development and utilization of underground space can effectively alleviate the shortage of urban land resources, improve land use efficiency, and improve the urban ecological environment.
