结构工程--徐国祯--13S055009 Job hopping “You quit again？Whats your new job？” Job-hopping has become a hot topic among people，especially the young，and has caused many heated debates .Then most of the opposers think that jumping from job to job may result in lots of bad influence like blind, insecure, dishonesty and instability. However, in my opinion, job hopping should be encouraged not only by their high pressures but also by pursuits. With the high pace of modern life, a lot of different pressures force part of the poor to get enough money and the rich to choose an easier job. On the one hand, due to the fuel cost, child support payments and housing loan they have to pay for, the poor change a job with more money to deal with living stresses. On the other hand, subjected to high working pressure, most of the rich want to pursue a simple and comfortable working standard. So pressure plays an important role to moved people. Living and working pressures is indeed important, but “pursuit” is chosen by career successful men. When Liam McGee departed as president of Bank of America in August, his explanation was surprisingly straight up. Rather than cloaking his exit in the usual vague excuses, he came right out and said he was leaving “to pursue my goal of running a company.” Broadcasting his ambition was “very much my decision,” McGee says. Within two weeks, he was talking for the first time with the board of Hartford Financial Services Group, which named him CEO and chairman. This is an example to clarify that only will people have a satisfactory job to pursue, they can know how to catch up with golden idea ,how to make innovation and how to get rid of high pressure. In short, taking the various stresses into consideration ,the most successful people of job hopping are more interested in pursuing career goals to realize their dream.
