silicasol precision casting Process flow 2 特点 用硅溶胶铸造工艺生产的铸件尺寸精度高，可达到GB/6414-1986中规定的CT4-8级，表面粗糙度值低，可达到Ra0.8-6.3μm，加工余量小，甚至可实现无切削加工；硅溶胶铸造工艺还能生产出几何形状更复杂的铸件，铸件最小壁厚可达2.5mm，最小孔径可达1mm，铸件重量： max. 20Kg, min. 0.003Kg?? 铸件长度： max. 500mm, min. 10mm ；主要铸造的材料有普碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢、铜合金、铝合金。但铸造成本要比水玻璃精铸工艺高一倍。硅溶胶铸造工艺采用腊有中温蜡、改性蜡、低温蜡3种。采用中温蜡做出的产品精度最高、表面粗糙度最好，但成本也最高；改性次之，低温蜡最差，但成本也最低。 3 铸造工厂及其产品介绍3.1 NingBo LongAn Machinery Manufacturing Co.
