Unit 5 Why do you like pandas? (2a-2c) Teaching Design 教 材 Grade seven, Unit 5 Why do you like pandas? 设计思路 1. Type of lesson   Reading: 2b improve the students’ reading skills. 2. Educational approach   Based on some teaching theory, this lesson will stimulate students’ interest and desire to learn expression about animals. 3. Analysis of teaching material   a. Students can talk about the animals by the conversations b. The main target in this lesson is to help students improve their reading abilities. 4. Analysis of students   Junior one students bear curiosity to explore the unknown knowledge and take interest in expressing their ideas in English. They have certain abilities to think about questions and solve problems in English. They are willing to work with others.  教学目标 After this class,students can master 1. Knowledge objects: know, read, understand and use these words and phrases:flag, place, water, danger, Thailand and Thai, tree, sleep, save, forget, cut, kill, symbol, ivory ,over, one of, be in (great) danger, cut down, get lost, made of. 2. Ability objects: To train the students’ reading and writing skills. 3.
