Based on the economic environment, resource advantage, relevant policy and other conditions in northern guangdong, The whole project involves several individual designs according to annual output of 1000 tons and combing the general rules and rules of QS review in China, including product program planning, technology demonstration, equipment selection, the drawing design of functional partition, furthermore, the technical and economic efficiency of the project is analyzed and summarized. The results show that this project needs 105 million yuan （RMB ） investment, and will operate well with its anticipative annual return of 327 million yuan （RMB ）, investment recovery period would be 2 year.
