高校招生信息管理系统设计与实现 College enrollment information management system design and realization 摘 要 管理信息系统作为一门学科，是综合了管理科学、系统理论、信息科学的系统性的边缘学科，它是依赖于管理科学和技术科学的发展而形成的。管理信息系统是一个由人和计算机组成的能进行信息收集、传输、加工和保存、维护和使用的系统。 展望21世纪,教育业将是个极有前景的产业,中国高等教育步入大众化教育阶段。随着信息技术的发展和普及，各类信息化技术手段也在高校中不断得到应用，而我国对加快高校信息化建设也高度的重视。自从上个世纪60~70年代起，计算机开始在高校的教学与科研活动中扮演角色。现在，已经普及到学校的日常管理工作中，而且，越来越不可或缺。高校招生信息管理工作贯穿招生考试全过程，工作环节多，涉及人员广，工作量大，敏感性高，事关招生工作秩序、考生切身利益、社会和谐稳定。所以，在高校信息化中，招生信息管理系统是其中重要的环节之一。 从2002年普及网上录取至今，很多高校校园信息化平台基本建成，但在管理过程中还是存在着很多问题，比如，同“全国普通高校招生网上录取系统”之间相互独立，无法进行数据快速交换，在分析和管理部分工作上仍处于手工或半手工状态。功能相对简单，无法实现决策分析等重要功能，规范化程度不高等。所以，一个比较完善的高校招生信息管理系统是有广泛的需求和广阔的市场前景的。 关键词：信息管理 ；高校招生；Access ABSTRACT As a discipline, management information system is the systematic combination of management science, systems theory and information science. It is dependent on the development of management sciences and technology sciences. Management information system is the system which composed by computer and user. It contents the function of information collection, transmission, processing, preservation and maintenance. In 21st century, education will is a very promising industry, Chinese higher education into the popularization education stage. With the development of information technology and popularization, all kinds of information technology in college has been applied in China, and to accelerate the university informatization construction is also a high degree of attention. Since the 1960s ~ 1970s，computer began in university teaching and research activity plays a role. Now, has spread to the school daily management work, and, more and more indispensable. College enrollment information management work throughout the recruitment of students test process, work links, involving personnel wide, big workload, high sensitivity, which enrollment work order, examinee vital interests, the social harmony and stability. So, in university informatization, enrollment information management system is an important one link one. From
