These are forci ng en terprises must con sta ntly improve engin eeri ng cost man ageme nt on engin eeri ng the con sumpti on of huma n resources, material resources and costs, require guidanee, oversight, regulation and restriction, rectify deviati on is going to happe n and has happe ned in a timely manner, with in the scope of the product ion cost con trol pla n costs, reduced project costs, and in crease econo mic efficie ncy. At the same time, adhere to the scie ntific prin ciples of cost man ageme nt, cost man ageme nt procedures follow the correct, clear details of cost management, seize the key link and take appropriate measures of cost man ageme nt, impleme nti ng cost effective project man ageme nt.
