社会创业者关系网络对社会企业成长的影响研究 摘要：随着社会与经济的不断发展,社会问题不断出现并且日益复杂，但是仅靠政府的力量无法很好的进行解决，因此很多的企业加入了进来。但是由于我国的企业起步较晚，目前仅仅停留在理论研究的阶段，因此本文采取了问卷调查的方式，定量分析与定性分析相结合，对于社会创业者关系网络对社会企业成长的影响进行了分析，并且考察了企业资源的作用。本文主要分为四个部分，第一部分为绪论，阐述了研究背景与研究目的，研究意义与研究框架，并且分析了研究的方法，第二部分为理论概述，阐述了社会创业者与社会企业还有社会企业成长的内涵。第三部分为研究设计与数据收集，第四部分是实证分析，通过研究社会创业者关系网络与社会企业成长的关系，以期能够丰富现有的理论，促进我国的社会企业更好更快的发展。 关键词：社会企业成长;社会创业者关系网络;企业资源 Abstract With the continuous development of society and economy, social problems keep emerging and becoming more and more complex, but the government alone cannot solve them well, so many enterprises join in. However, due to the late start of Chinese enterprises and the fact that they are still in the stage of theoretical research, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis to analyze the impact of social entrepreneur network on the growth of social enterprises and investigate the role of enterprise resources. This paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which elaborates the research background, research purpose, research significance and research framework, and analyzes the research methods. The second part is the theoretical overview, which elaborates the connotation of social entrepreneurs, social enterprises and the growth of social enterprises. The third part is research design and data collection, and the fourth part is empirical analysis. By studying the relationship between social entrepreneur network and the growth of social enterprises, we hope to enrich the existing theories and promote the better and faster development of social enterprises in China.
