集束化护理在下肢深静脉血栓预防中的应用 罗丽丹 林越凤 肖丹 [摘要]目的 探討集束化护理在下肢深静脉血栓（LDVT）预防中的应用。方法 选取20XX年1～10月的入住我院行“骨科大手术”（即髋关节置换术、膝关节置换术、髋部骨折手术及股骨颈、股骨转子间转子下骨折内固定术）的98例为观察组（集束化护理+常规护理），20XX年1～12月行“骨科大手术”的98例为对照组（常规护理）。比较两组下肢LDVT发生率、健康知识知晓率及护理满意度及预防LDVT合格率。结果 观察组LDVT发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组健康知识知晓率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组护理满意度及预防LDVT合格率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在LDVT预防中采用集束化护理，并与临床护理路径相结合，能有效提高护理人员在LDVT预防执行力，从而降低LDVT发生率，提高护理满意度及护理质量，有积极的经济效益及社会效益，值得临床推广。 [关键词]下肢深静脉血栓;集束化护理;临床护理路径;骨科大手术;应用 [中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0225-03 Application of cluster nursing in prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis LUO Li-dan LIN Yue-feng XIAO Dan Department of Orthopaedics， Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University， Jiangxi Province， Ji′an 343000， China [Abstract] Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing in the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis （LDVT）. Methods From January to October 20XX， 98 patients who were admitted to our hospital for ″major orthopaedic surgery″ （hip replacement， knee replacement， hip fracture surgery and internal fixation of femoral neck and intertrochanteric fractures） were selected as the observation group， and the patients were given cluster nursing and routine nursing， 98 patients were treated with″ major orthopaedic surgery″ from January to December 20XX as the control group （routine nursing）. The incidence of LDVT， the awareness rate of patients′ health knowledge， the satisfaction rate of patients′ nursing and the qualified rate of LDVT prevention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of LDVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P0.05）. The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P0.05）.
