河北联合大学轻工学院 QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 设计题目： 220t/h 燃贫煤煤粉锅炉设计 学生姓名：侯戎彬 学 号 ：200815200101 专业班级： 08 热能与动力工程 1 班 学 部：材料化工部 指导教师：王海涛 讲师 2012 年 05 月 21 日 摘 要 本设计目的在于掌握工程中一般计算方法， 探讨国内外大型电站锅炉工程设 计的新方法，消化吸收国外技术，从而对较为落后的部件进行合理改造， 以寻求 高效率，结渣少，污染小的节能型锅炉的新途径。 该设计是电站锅炉的常规设计， 本人在参考相关书籍和文献的基础上， 结合所学专业知识， 在对该炉型进行简明 扼要介绍后， 重点对锅炉的本体布置和系统进行了拟定， 根据给定的煤种及炉膛 约束条件进行了 220t/h 燃贫煤煤粉锅炉全面的热力计算， 并对锅炉中一些重要的 辅助设备进行选型， 得出了受热面的优化布置及防止低温腐蚀的方法等结论， 并 绘制了锅炉总图和燃烧器图。 关键词 : 电站锅炉；设计；选型；计算 ABSTRACT The design is to grasp the general engineering calculation method to explore domestic and the new method of foreign large utility boiler design, digesting and absorbing foreign technology.Thus make a reasonabletransformation for the more backward parts,and to seek high efficiency, less slagging, Pollution small energy-saving boiler new ways. The design is the conventional design of power station boiler. I related to the reference books and literature on the basis of school integration expertise, In this furnace for concise presentation, the focus of the bulk of the boiler system and layout of the development, as well as some of the major boiler auxiliary equipment selection. According to the given conditions, comprehensive natural cycle thermal calculation for the 220t/h boiler.Come to the Conclusion of the heating surface layout and optimization of low-temperature corrosion prevention methods and draw the body of the boiler and the burner of the boiler.
