This paper mainly using the research methods such as literature research and game analysis of conf lict are discussed? This article intrduce us construction project bidding process and the basic el ements of game theory . On this basis, this paper expounds the in bidding process occurs, the relationship between stakeholders; And according to the bidding process it established a game model, . And it analyzed the conflict; At last this paper analysed the causes of conflict, and p uts forward the corresponding countermeasures: comprehensive analysis was carried out on th e bidding information, strict supervision of the bidding work of bidding environment to condu ct a comprehensive survey, the bid evaluation method should be targeted, the bid evaluation p rocess must have professional technology.coring method should be justice and scientific and s trive to make full use of evaluation material. Hope the proposed strategy can reduce the contra diction and settle the conflict of stakeholders play a role to make the construction engineering project bidding more high-speed operation effectively
